Hand Holder Tool x 1 The hand-holder tool, as its name suggests, creates hand holder openings, but can also be used for other openings on the box. It is a manually moveable die cut press. Dimensions of tool is 150 x 100 mm, and the shape can be changed. 

Creasing Wheels x 4 The creasing wheels are made of steel and are easily removable and placed back if needed. The MULTI machine has 4 creasing wheels and 2 pairs of circular knives. An integrated measuring tape and the feature of a home positioning of the axles allow for a quick and accurate placement in appropriate position. 

Smart Servo Cross cutting tool x 1 The Smart Servo cross cutting tool is powered by a servo motor and serves the purpose of cutting off excess material thus enabling for multiple boxes to be made from single panel of cardboard. The blade runs across the width and cuts in the direction of the flute. Another useful option of this tool is that it can stab and remove the blade anywhere on the board, with high speed and precision. With this module you can make rectangular shapes on cardboard and is also utilized for production of pallet boxes with loading flap.

Scalpel Tool x 1 The Scalpel tool serves the purpose of cutting off surplus cardboard on the glue flaps or excess cardboard along the length, as well as allowing for more variations of boxes to be made. FEFCO 204 box production is an example of usage of this module. The MULTI machine is equipped with one pair by default but on demand can contain more pairs of simultaneously working knives and an additional knife for cutting off any excess cardboard on the width.

Slotting knives x 3 The machine has 3 segmented 500mm slotting knives that are positioned manually.

The transversal creasing tool is manually made.
